I am desperately trying to read Witches of Eastwick for bookclub this month.� But I just canapos;t seem to get into it

Iapos;m 36 years old, so the book was published when I was about 12 years old, but it takes place in the 60s, before I�was born.� So much of it feels stilted and dated to me.

Can anyone give me any insight or hope that will make me slog through the rest of this book?� I hate to not read the book, especially since I was the one who suggested that we read it
